We all want to survive... To be viable, we require 2 things:
1) growth (includes reproduction) and
2) protection (from anything harmful)
Even on a cellular level we move towardnutrients and things that help us grow, and away from toxins and things that cause harm and fear, because we need protection.
It shouldn't be "news" that we enhance our health and well being when we eat healthy rather than 'junk' foods. We notice that illness comes to us when we get run down, when we overextended ourselves or overindulge in toxins (and yes, there are such things as toxic behavior and toxic circumstances).
It also is relatively common knowledge that uplifting thoughts and positive expectations lead to better health and attitudes. The trick is to develop the HABIT of thinking "I can" rather than "I'm afraid, I can't".
I can't control your diet - but I can GIVE you a tool to redirect your attention away from negative projecting (giving your attention to what might go wrong in the future) and toward more positive outcomes.
Herewith:
the dashboard influencer -
Simply print out and place on your vehicles dashboard and forget about it. It will rapidly disappear to your conscious mind, but maintain influence on the Unconscious. If you don't believe it, my certainty overcomes your doubt. But I ask this: What have you got to lose? How could it possibly hurt to put this in your vehicle? ...And when would NOW be a good time to get over your fear of what other people might think of you?
More later, but this is as benign a message as I can think of at the moment.
AND - Like Any tool - use it carefullyand as described - and Do NOT decide to start employing this technology ("on your own") without making absolutely certain you're doing it "right" - in the present tense, for the greatest good, indicating your willingness to accept something better, etc. (Read below.)
Seriously - there are "Experts" and 'Gurus' out there, who are proposing future tense affirmations (!) IF you follow that advice the best you will ever do is be "on your way" to a better life ... You do want to "arrive" don't you?
You DO want to actually GET a better life, Right? Affirming "I will lose weight" or "I will earn more" etc. puts you into a state of constant striving and never arriving. So you get frustrated and fail (over and over and over again) - and any thought of failing generates/attracts thoughts of anxiety and worry, when what I want for you (and this is all about me!) is for you to relax into success and achievement. I don't want you to fail any more - We've ALL had enough of that ! (seriously - zeal without knowledge is rampant - and does not serve us)
BE in the present - and state your 'future' goals in the present tense, ex: "I am better" (at X) - as opposed to "I am determined to get better" or "I will get better" (which- while it may be true, has your improvement always somewhere ahead of you in time).
If you didn't quite "get it" yet - I love you!
* I do not mean once you "arrive" you can go ahead and die - the journey IS what's fun - But putting your happiness off to the distant future or waiting until we 'get to Heaven' doesn't make sense IF we can go ahead and go there now - does it? (and yes, there's more to the story... you could get Book One).
At this point, you may not believe you can get there now - and that's understandable. You've been taught all your life that you can't have a heavenly experience until after you die... But here's a question:
Is that what Jesus of Nazareth taught?
For those familar with the "Map of Consciousness" developed by Dr. David R. Hawkins... - The music video below calibrates above 449.
